This service is a structured programme of notifications covering the key milestones SureRest manages on the Nigerian side: confirmation that remains have been received at the airport, progress through cargo clearance and Ministry of Health documentation, departure for the destination city, and arrival at the receiving facility. Updates are factual and specific to the stage just completed, not general reassurances.

Why it matters

A funeral home coordinating from the UK, the US, or Canada has limited visibility once remains leave their care. A family waiting in Nigeria, or watching from abroad, often has no channel to ask questions and no one who will call them back. A confirmed update, sent at the right moment, removes that uncertainty and allows both the funeral home and the family to plan the next step with confidence.
